CNC File Add-On (DXF) - Tall and Extra Tall Seat Rail Plans

For plans buyers who are cutting the seat rails on a CNC. You get clean DXF files for both rail heights, Tall (6-1/2") and Extra Tall (8"), ready to import into your CNC software. Choose inches or millimeters above.

• Two toolpath views in every file. Top view: the rail face, with the outline and the 5/16" shaft holes. Side view: the rail's top edge, with the 21/64" bolt holes that run through the full rail height. Each view has both rails, on its own layers.
• Check your machine for the side view. It needs a CNC that can hold the rail on end and drill 6-1/2" or 8" deep. If yours can't, the top view marks where the bolt holes go. Drill them after cutting with a drill press, or the HA Woodworks Seat Rail Drill Guide.
• Requires the Tall and Extra Tall Seat Rail Plans. The file has no instructions. Hardware and steps are in the plans.

License

One set of rails for your own rower, cut by you or the shop you hire. The file can't be kept, shared or reused after your rails are cut, and additional sets need a Commercial License. Each file is prepared for your order and is marked with your name, order number, and the shop cutting it. By ordering, you agree to these terms.
