Digital products

All sales of digital products, including woodworking plans and licenses, are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

Please review the product description, dimensions, and skill level before you buy. If you have questions about whether a plan is right for you, contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help.

If your download link does not work, or your file is damaged or incomplete, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will send you a working copy at no charge.

Physical products

If you have a problem with a physical product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.
