WR/Ergatta Rear Strap Mount for Push-Button Conversions - STL File

This is a digital download, not a printed part. You get the STL file to 3D print the HA Woodworks rear strap mount yourself. No printer? Order a printed one from us ($25, shipped).

What it's for

If your Ergatta or WaterRower has the push-button footboard, you convert to dual-pin to use the Wide or Extra Wide footboard. This strap mount goes on the back of the new footboard with (2) M8 x 50 mm button head bolts (McMaster-Carr 91239A448) and the nuts from the WaterRower WRPP366 strap assembly. The install steps are in the footboard plans.

Print settings we use

Sliced in Cura for a Creality Ender 3 V2 with a 0.4 mm nozzle:

• Material: PLA (ours are black), 215°C nozzle, 60°C bed
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Walls: 1.6 mm (4 lines)
• Top and bottom: 3 mm
• Infill: 50%
• Supports: on (70° overhang angle)
• Adhesion: skirt
• Orientation: flat on the full base, nut pockets facing down
• About 10 g of filament and about 80 minutes per part
